Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a full return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2506 Tudor Glen, St. Albert AB T8N 3V3, Canada.  The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, we recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), used personal care goods (such as beauty products), and used products which are not in its original packaging.

If products are used and you are not 100% satisfied we may offer a partial refund depending on the situation. You must contact us within 30 days of purchase and the product must be returned at least 90% full. Contact us first at contact@radiantbelle.ca so we can understand your dissatisfaction and assess what we can do for you.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Only products that are unused and in their original packaging can be returned for a full refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Services
Unfortunately, we cannot refund a service that has already been provided, however, please let us know if you are unsatisfied! We will certainly try to resolve any problems or concerns!

Prepaid Services
If a service is purchase but not used (not scheduled) we can provide a full refund upon request! If services are partially used, such as in the case of purchasing a bundle of services, we can convert the bundle to full price individual sessions and refund for unused services. For example, if a single session service is $100 and a bundle of 3 is $250, if only two session were used those sessions could be converted to $200 ($100 x 2) and you could receive a $50 refund.

Cancellation and No Show for Services

Cancellation of a scheduled service must be done minimum 48 hours in advance otherwise the service is deemed provided, and any deposit or prepaid service will be deemed earned by Radiant Belle Med Spa. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hour notice we reserve the right not to schedule future appointments or to require future appointments to be prepaid partially or in full.
